Malwipe Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Malwipe", "we") operates malwipe.com and the Malwipe WordPress plugin. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what rights you have.
1. What we collect
Account data: email, hashed password, billing name, and country. Plugin data: file hashes, plugin/theme fingerprints, WordPress version, and the site URL you connect. We do not read your database contents, customer PII, or order records.
2. How we use it
To operate the service (scanning, cleanup, alerts), to communicate essential product changes, and to prevent abuse. We never sell your data. We never use your content to train third-party models — AI verdicts use Anthropic's Claude with a zero-retention configuration.
3. Storage & security
Data is stored on AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1) by default. EU customers on the Agency plan can opt into Frankfurt (eu-central-1). All data at rest is encrypted (AES-256). Backups are encrypted, retained 30 days, and rotated.
4. Your rights
Access, export, correction, deletion, and portability — all one-click in your dashboard, or by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 7 days.
