All paid plans (Starter, Pro, Agency) come with a 30-day refund window from the date of first purchase. No questions asked, no "confirmation call".
2. How to request
Email [email protected] from the address on the account. Include the LemonSqueezy order ID. That's it.
3. Emergency cleanups
Emergency cleanups ($149) are refundable only if we fail to resolve the incident within our 2-hour SLA. In that case, you get 50% back automatically.
4. Processing
Refunds are typically processed within 24 hours and arrive on your card within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
