1. Acceptance
Creating an account or installing the plugin constitutes acceptance of these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The service
Malwipe provides WordPress malware detection and cleanup. Availability is best-effort; SLAs apply to paid plans as documented on the Pricing page.
3. Payment
Paid plans are billed via LemonSqueezy (Merchant of Record). All prices include applicable taxes. Refunds are per our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Malwipe to attack systems you don't own. Don't reverse-engineer the plugin to extract our signatures. Don't resell as your own SaaS.
5. Warranty
The service is provided "as-is". We make no guarantee that every malware payload will be detected — security is probabilistic.
6. Limitation of liability
Our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
