License key not activating

Check that the site URL in Malwipe → Settings matches the URL registered in your dashboard (with or without www, http vs https).

If you moved the license from another site, deactivate the original in your dashboard first, or the seat is still consumed.

Firewall rules on some hosts (WP Engine) block outbound requests to api.malwipe.com. Whitelist that hostname in your host's egress rules.
