Malwipe not detecting malware

First, confirm the scan actually completed and covered the affected directory. Check Malwipe → Logs for the scan scope. If a directory is excluded, re-include it in Settings → Scan Scope.

If the file uses novel obfuscation, request an AI verdict on-demand: right-click the file in the dashboard and select 'Force AI verdict'.

For persistent misses, share the exact file (hashed or via secure upload) with [email protected] and we'll add a signature within 24h.
